May 23rd- All Fees must be paid in full, all textbooks must be returned, sporting equipment returned and all electronic devices must be checked back into the proper school personnel by 3:00 pm.
May 24th- Sr. Graduation Practice--- 8:30 am ---- Auditorium
1. Graduation Practice is mandatory- failure to participate in the full graduation practice will result in the student not being able to participate in the graduation ceremony on Sunday, May 26th.
May 26th - Graduation Ceremony- 3:00 pm--Dyson Baudo Center- Marietta College
1. All fees and school obligations must be fulfilled prior to graduation day.
2. Students must have participated in graduation practice in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.
3. Students must arrive for the graduation ceremony wearing appropriate attire.
4. Graduation Mortar Boards- Students are not permitted to have anything on their mortar boards.
5. Students should arrive at Dyson Baudo around 2:20-2:30.
6. Guidance Counselors will start lining up students approximately 2:40.

The Washington Morgan Community Action summer free lunch for kids schedule is below. To ensure children that need it receive a hot meal each day please call 740-373-3455 to indicate what location they will be picking up a meal from. Calls will need to be made the day before or prior to 8 a.m. the day of the meal pickup.

Summer School and Credit Recovery will be held on June 3rd through June 14th from 8:00am-12:00pm. There will be bussing available, breakfast provided at the beginning and snacks provided at the end.
For 7th and 8th grade students, grades are being monitored and letters have been sent home for the students who are required to attend and for those who will possibly need to attend, depending on their 4th nine weeks term grades.
For 9th, 10th and 11th grade students there is a sign up sheet in the guidance office for those interested in taking courses for Credit Recovery of a course they have already failed. This will be announced toward the end of the day today and also will be on the morning announcements beginning tomorrow, May 17th.
Any students interested in the Plumbers & Pipefitters Union are able to apply for an apprenticeship by picking up an application at 300 Commerce Drive, Marietta, OH or by visiting https://ualocal168.org/

Parents, you are invited inside to watch the Prom Walk! Come in the tunnel doors and head to the hallway by the cafeteria.
MHS PROM Reminders
1. Prom is today from 7:30-10:00 pm (MHS Gymnasium)
2. All students must park on the Colegate Side of the Building- Once arriving on campus, students must remain in the gymnasium area.
3. I have also been asked to send out a notification asking students to respect the Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption Church this Saturday. If possible, please get your photos prior to 4 pm and please be reminded that you should not enter the church.
4. Students who are bringing a guest , please make sure that the MHS Prom Guest Form is completed .
5. Finally, please be aware of your surroundings and be safe this weekend.
