Acceptable Use Forms Parents- please note that the MCS acceptable use form for the 2023-2024 school year has been updated. Prior to student devices being distributed, every student must complete this form and return the form to their homeroom teacher. Without the signed form, students will not be able to be issued their devices. Please note that all 7th and 8th grade devices will be classroom sets instead of individual student devices for the 23/24 school year. Even with this new policy, all 7th and 8th grade students must have this form completed prior to computer use. CCP students who have started their college classes this week may bring a signed copy into the high school tomorrow from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm to receive their student device. Please report to the cafeteria. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bEIFOFRjOG5KM28iyTfxWzbpSeIPfBx_b1J6TYLCxN8/edit?usp=sharing
