Attention Students-
Due to the Mock Drill for Prom on Friday, April 29th- all students must park in the Colegate Parking Lot during the school day. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Fine Arts Festival will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, April 27th from 5:30-8:30 in the Marietta High School gymnasium and auditorium! We hope that you are able to stop by to see the wonderful projects and live performances!!
Marietta City Schools Fine Arts Festival will be held on Wednesday, April 27th in the Marietta High School Gymnasium/Auditorium from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. We would love to see you there!! 
Parents- To clear up confusion, Marietta High School will be operating on a 2 hour delay bell schedule due to testing for the following days:
Friday-April 22nd -- US History
Monday- April 25th- Biology (Part I) & Science (7th and 8th Grade)
Tuesday-April 26th- Biology (Part II) & Science (7th and 8th Grade)
Students who are currently in US History or Science and students who have been informed they need to make up one of these exams should arrive on the testing days by 7:30 am. All other students should report to school by 9:30 am.
Parents- Due to the structure fire on Muskingum Drive, it is advised that you utilize the Colegate Parking Lot when attending the 8th grade parent meeting with the high school guidance staff to discuss scheduling for the 2022-2023 school year. The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 this evening in the auditorium.
Reminder- Geometry Testing tomorrow! MHS will be operating on a 2 hour delay bell schedule. Students who are currently enrolled in a Geometry class must report by 7:30 to their testing locations. Due to the 2 hour delay bell schedule, there will be no TBT schedule. School will operate from 9:40-2:40.
Reminder- Air testing for students in grades 7th & 8th and students who are currently taking Algebra I starts tomorrow from 7:30-9:40
All other students do not need to report until 9:40- students who report at 7:30 will be supervised in the auditorium.
Attention 8th grade students. Guidance will hold a scheduling and graduation requirement meeting for parents and guardians on April 19 at 6:00 PM in the auditorium. All parents of current 8th grade students are encouraged to attend.
Reminder- Senior Milestone Pictures are today in the gym lobby from 7:30-10:00. This is the last call for pictures.
Senior Milestone Retakes will be Tuesday, April 12th from 7:30-10:00 am in the gym lobby. This will be the last opportunity to get your Senior Milestone Picture taken at MHS.
Reminder- CCP intent forms must be turned in by April 1st in order to be able to participate in the college credit plus program.
Dear Senior Class,
The school year is coming to an end and with that comes several important dates that you need to mark on your calendars! Please see the dates below and if you have any questions, please reach out to your guidance counselor.
May 11th- Sr. Awards Practice ---------- 8:30am
May 12th- Sr. Awards Recognition------ 8:30-11:30----- Auditorium
1. Please note- all students should arrive in the cafeteria at 7:45 to meet with the guidance staff.
2. Students are to wear their caps and gowns.
May 19th- Sr. Finals (Periods 2, 4, 6)
May 20th- Sr. Finals (Periods 3, 5, 7)
May 23rd- Sr. Finals (Periods 1, 8)
1. Please note- Seniors must follow their regular bell schedule these 3 days. Testing schedule has been spread out to ensure that students have a limited amount of finals each day.
2. Students who fail to take their final exam will fail the course.
May 25th- All school and class obligations must be completed by 3:00 pm.
May 26th- All Fees must be paid in full, all textbooks must be returned, sporting equipment returned and all electronic devices must be checked back into the proper school personnel by 3:00 pm.
May 27th- Sr. Graduation Practice--- 8:30 am ---- Auditorium
1. Graduation Practice is mandatory- failure to participate in the full graduation practice will result in the student not being able to participate in the graduation ceremony on Sunday, May 29th.
May 29th - Graduation Ceremony- 3:00 pm--Dyson Baudo Center- Marietta College
1. All fees and school obligations must be fulfilled prior to graduation day.
2. Students must have participated in graduation practice in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.
3. Students must arrive for the graduation ceremony wearing appropriate attire.
4. Graduation Mortar Boards- Students are not permitted to have anything on their mortar boards.

- MHS Crew Scrimmage
- MHS Varsity Baseball Games @ Fort Frye and Waterford

Seniors-
April 12th from 7:30-10:00 will be the last opportunity that you have to get your Senior Milestone retakes. During this photo session, you will be able to get a picture taken in a tuxedo or drape. The photo session will take place in the gymnasium lobby at Marietta High School.

esting Schedule
Ohio State AIR exams are on the horizon. Please note that any student who is currently enrolled in a course listed below will be required to take the specific exam. Marietta High School will be operating on a 2 Hour delay bell schedule during these testing dates. Students whose only means of transportation is the school bus will be supervised in the auditorium during testing. Students who are testing must report to their assigned testing location by 7:30 am during the day of the test. Testing locations will be disseminated by the classroom teacher for the tested subject.

8th GRADE FORMAL
Marietta High School will be holding our annual 8th grade formal on Friday, May 20th from 7:00-9:00 in the high school gymnasium.
Below are some details:
1. Date- Friday, May 20th
2. Time- 7:00-9:00
3. Ticket Costs- $10 individual or $ 20 couple
4. Only 8th grade Marietta students are allowed to attend.
5. Ticket Sales will start Monday, May 2nd during 8th grade lunch.
Attention MHS Students:
Take a minute this weekend to choose a weight training session to attend at MHS! You don't have to be an athlete to join! Weight training is a life-long skill that is best implemented when you're young! Pick a session, get involved, and become the best "you" you can be!

Dear Students, Parents & Guardians-
Marietta High School will be operating on a hybrid schedule on March 1st. Our seventh and tenth grade students will be trained on suicide prevention while our juniors will be taking the ACT exam. With that being said, our eighth, ninth and twelfth grades will be working from home through the google classroom platform. For more information, students please check your MCS email account.
