Due to snow days, we have pushed back the end date for the Kids Heart Challenge. All through February, students who came to PE learned about the heart and how to take care of it with proper physical activity. They were also introduced to the Kids Heart Challenge. The purpose is to spread awareness about heart health and build a better future with healthier hearts. If they sign up they will receive prizes, and the hope is to raise $2000 at Phillips and Washington combined! Reminders and flyers will be coming home soon for a push during the final weeks of the event. If we reach our goal, a select few will get the chance to pie Mr. Myers and Ms. Perry in front of the whole school.
