With parental permission, students are permitted to leave the school grounds at 1:44 pm on Wednesdays for the day. For those students who ride a bus or do not have permission to leave at 1:44 pm, students will be monitored in the auditorium. Please see the following points below to some questions that we have fielded regarding TBT Wednesday: 1.) Busing operations and hours remain the same M-F so students who remain at school will be able to ride the bus home once school is dismissed at 2:40. 2.) If Students wish to remain at school, they will need to report to the auditorium- unless given special permission to be elsewhere in the building. 3.) Student pickup on Wednesday only will be the following: Students Last Name A-K (Please pick up on Colegate Side Parking Lot) Students Last Name L-Z (Please pick up on Davis Side Parking Lot) Pickup all other days will be A-K on the Colegate Side Parking Lot 4.) Students cannot loiter outside of school during this time- students either leave for the day or report to the auditorium. 5.) If Inclimate weather would cause MHS to operate on a 2 hour delay schedule on any given Wednesday, the TBT schedule for that day would be canceled and school would operate under the 2 hour delay schedule, which is 9:40-2:40. 6.) The first TBT Wednesday will be August 31st 7.) Only fill out the attached form if you do not wish for your child to leave the school grounds at 1:44- please send this form to Mrs. Jill Kendall in the main office. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HwgeTNeJ9duaEB0RmOH79VOX5d2lOMRbEBzAL1waiyo/edit?usp=sharing Please call the school office if you have questions.
