The Marietta Tigers Lady Soccer team has capped off a truly historic campaign, finishing the 2025 season with an outstanding 17-3-1 record and earning the title of Regional Runner-Up. The Tigers delivered the most decorated season in program history, setting multiple school records and earning a long list of individual and coaching honors.
The 2025 Lady Tigers rewrote the program record book, setting new school bests in:
Wins in a single season- 17
Goals scored in a season- 97
Assists in a season- 84
Wins by a goalkeeper in one season- 16 (tied)
Their dominance extended across the postseason as well. Only one team managed to score on Marietta throughout the entire playoff run, and the Tigers allowed just two total goals all year to teams within the Southeast District, a testament to their exceptional defensive unit and goalkeeper play.

These achievements underscore a season defined by skill, chemistry, and resilience.
The Tigers’ coaching staff also earned statewide recognition for guiding the program to new heights. Head Coach Bill Mannix was named the Division III State Coach of the Year, honoring his leadership and strategic excellence. Assistant Coach Ben Schenkel also earned distinction as the Division III State Assistant Coach of the Year, completing the coaching awards sweep and recognizing his vital contributions to player development and game planning.

Grace Spencer: First Team All-Ohio & Southeast Ohio All-District Player of the Year
Alaina Merrill: First Team Southeast Ohio All-District
Taylor Addiss: Second Team Southeast Ohio All-District

Lauren Elliott: Honorable Mention Southeast Ohio All-District
Annalise Spencer: Honorable Mention Southeast Ohio All-District
