What is a Strategic Plan?

A strategic plan is a process driven by community and district data to:

  • Inform the creation of a set of goals

  • Prioritize those goals,

  • Decide the actions necessary to achieve those goals

  • Mobilize the resources needed to take those actions within the school district.

The strategic plan will describe how goals will be achieved using available resources.
