Introduction

Marietta High School is a comprehensive high school for students in 7th-12th grade. There are approximately 1300 students.  MHS provides an opportunity for students to participate in a challenging academic curriculum that includes Advanced Placement, CCP, and Honors classes.  The CCP program is provided in conjunction with Marietta College, Stark State College, and Washington State Community College. Qualifying students may also select to attend the Washington County Career Center.  Marietta High School is accredited by the State of Ohio Department of Education.  Competitive interscholastic athletics, an award-winning marching band and a wide variety of extracurricular programs afford students the opportunities for personal growth, citizenship, and leadership. The administration and staff of Marietta High School provide students with instruction, support, guidance, and inspiration to fulfill their academic potential and to explore their interests and passions!
